This is a pair of great shoes for long road runs. They are extremely comfortable and well cushioned. The only downside is about the weight which does not let you have faster sessions. You are more likely to use these shoes for long easy-runs with 5:15m/km or slower paces. An important warning for those who want to buy them: 1080 v12 runs half size bigger, so if you have to buy them online, it'd be better that you go for half size down. I normally wear 44,5 (10,5 US size) in Nike, Brooks etc. and my size in 1080 v12 is 44.
