The new Dekkan walking shoes for men are the result of a great collaboration between the brands Veja and Vibram. Their name comes from the Dekkan lava plateau, a vast magmatic plateau located in western India.
The Dekkan are the very first Veja shoes designed for hiking. They feature a comfortable, technical, and durable Vibram® outsole that adapts perfectly to all terrains. The interior of the shoe has a technical lining made of recycled polyester, resistant to abrasion and offering maximum comfort.
In terms of sustainability, Veja's reputation is well established. Following in the footsteps of Veja's lifestyle and running models, the Dekkan has been designed with environmentally friendly materials. Its upper is made of Alveomesh, a technical fabric made from recycled polyester, and its midsole and insole are made from sugarcane.
