VERY GOOD TRAIL SHOE GOOD GRIP FOR THE SMALL FOOT LUGS . ONLY THING I HAVE NOTICED IS THEY COME UP LARGE FOR SIZE . I HAVE THE NOVA GTX2 AND THEY ARE A MORE NARROW SHOW WERE THE GTX 3 IS A WIDE TOE BOX. SO I WOULD SUGGEST TO LOOK AT THE SIZING . OTHER WISE A VERY GOOD SHOE [TRAINER RUNNING ] .
