The Vanish Carbon running shoe is the very first Altra running shoe to incorporate a carbon plate. It is actually a half carbon plate, making the shoe more dynamic and enhancing your propulsion power. As for its cushioning, its Altra EGO™ PRO midsole foam ensures comfort and performance. Note the slight rocker at the front of the shoe, for more efficient toe-off with each stride. The Balanced Cushioning™ platform positions your heel and forefoot at an equal distance from the ground, promoting better alignment, better form, and low-impact contact. For breathability, rely on its micro-perforated mesh upper. Additionally, it will be well accommodated by the FootShape ToeBox, this space for the toes.
