Hestra gloves are undoubtedly the warmest models on the market. The system is based on the principle of layers. A bit like the 3-layer system for skiing or hiking. With this, the Norwegian cold will no longer affect you! 

It’s very simple, Hestra recommends wearing, closest to your skin, a pair of liner gloves that are breathable and wick away moisture. On top, you can wear a thicker glove that acts as a thermal layer. 

Finally, Hestra has developed a specific “Shell” range that can be worn over your glove. This is an additional layer ideal for extreme conditions, insulating against the cold. A real plus for static activities in the mountains. 

What we love about Hestra are the numerous models of gloves and mittens, and therefore, the many possible combinations. It is possible to change the lining of your glove: switching from a synthetic lining to a wool lining, for example. Quite practical if temperatures change, or if your lining is damaged.
