The story of the brand Silva began in 1933 in Sweden, when three brothers invented the very first liquid compass, making it easier to use and speeding up reading. Two years later, in 1935, the first Silva headlamp was born. Although headlamps already existed, they were not very advanced. The Swedish brand improved their power and potential usage time.
