“Beauty is everywhere, you just have to see it.”
Gwen explores the mountains with the eye of the heart and the precision of a lens. A passionate adventurer and committed photographer, she captures the raw and poetic essence of the great outdoors.
Originally from Savoie, she grew up in sync with the Alpine seasons, in a hyperactive family that introduced her early to skiing, mountaineering, trail running and climbing. It was while capturing these shared moments that her passion for photography was born — a passion so strong that she turned it into a profession in 2020, driven by a desire to live and tell the story of adventure in all its forms.
Today, Gwen brings together art, fieldwork, and purpose. She collaborates with responsible outdoor brands, covers sporting events, and produces travel features that highlight places with character. As a field photojournalist, she also pens travel diaries for various media and her own blog, blending powerful images with sensitive storytelling.
In 2025, she’s launching a challenge that reflects who she is: the Project 3,000, a personal and symbolic adventure aiming to summit all 148 peaks above 3,000 meters in Haute Maurienne Vanoise — within one year. A quest for endurance and freedom, weaving together mountaineering, trail running and ski touring, which she chooses to document in full — the triumphs and doubts, the peaks and the silences.
An inspiring adventurer, deeply connected to nature, Gwen embodies a new way of experiencing the mountains: freer, more authentic, more conscious. A woman who goes far — with gentleness and determination.
