Unfortunately there is fraying on the tongues of both shoes and the Boa system is twisted causing discomfort on the right foot. I have raised this with Hardloop but they have failed to get back to me and engage with the issue in any meaningful way. I strongly suspect this is an issue born of Brexit with the French palming off inferior products on to the British and subsequently failing to engage on the same basis. Very disappointed in this regard. I will not buy from the French again if I can help it.
