Great shoes, great customer service. Good perk of free returns to try on multiple pairs. Only negative is because of Brexit customers have to pay shipping costs parcel force and customs duties to the UK if the order is over £135 excluding VAT or £162 including VAT. this makes it difficult to try on multiple pairs of shoes at once. However this is not the companies fault and this is advertised on their website
